  • My pet's name is in a different language, can you engrave any language?
    Yes! We allow special characters and we'll do our best to capture your pet's name no matter what language it's in
  • My pet's name is long, can you engrave all of it?
    We will engrave your pet's name even if it is long! However, please keep in mind that the longer it is, the harder it may be to read since we are limited on space on the tag. We will not engrave a name if it is not legible though.
  • Can I have more than 1 symbol below the name?
    Yes! There is a limit of 3 symbols to ensure the name is still legible. Please note your special request in the box above.
  • Do you make custom designs for tags?
    Yes! Please enter the details of your request in the box above with your email or contact us directly connect@pawnexo.com . We'll do our very best to make your design happen! Please note that all custom requests may require additional processing time before shipping out.
